Our skilled management team comprises Tim Mack and Ben Brooks, a reputable partnership of experience, reliability and personality.
Tim Mack: As the original founder of Base Build, Tim believed that his knowledge and background could bring something new and valued into the world of construction. A chartered quantity surveyor and project manager with over 15 years experience on main contractor large-scale projects, he has a keen eye for detail and a reputation for achieving exceptional standards when it comes to quality of workmanship. Tim demonstrates trademark professionalism along with a personal commitment to giving the best possible service to our clients throughout the building project.
Ben Brooks: Born into a family of architects, Ben instinctively gravitated towards the construction industry 15 years ago. His early professional years were spent working in London, primarily on residential refurbishments and urban commercial building projects, where his skills set developed naturally to meet the demands of each job. Ben is qualified to work across the board when it comes to the kind of building projects we undertake and currently his passion lies in the area of sensitive restoration of historic and listed buildings. Following many such completed projects, his professional and sympathetic approach to his work has earned him a valuable reputation.
This said, Base Build gets results through a concerted team effort and the commitment of our staff both on-site and in the office cannot be understated.
